Nipmuc Youth Lacrosse is dedicated to the development of the sport of Lacrosse. We welcome players of all abilities. Our philosophy is based on fostering a positive, supportive atmosphere where every member of a team will see playing time. We do not coach games to "win at all cost”. We believe playing opportunity at the youth level should be based on each child's desire to play, not necessarily their ability. We believe this approach encourages more kids to play and results in a better experience for players, parents and coaches.
